TechTalk: Penetration Testing

Once a month, our internal Tech Talk takes place, this time on the topic of penetration testing.

Penetration testing checks the security of as many system components and applications of a network or software system as possible. This is best done using means and methods that are suitable for penetrating a system without authorization. A cyber attack against one's own system is simulated. The goal of this controlled and monitored attack is to collect as much data as possible and to uncover weak points in the security.
