TechTalk: Process Mining

During our monthly kickoff, the team gathered for an exciting tech talk on process mining presented by Yaroslav Petrovski. The tech talk contained the basic concepts and a live demonstration.

Demonstration of Process Mining in Action

During the tech talk, a live demonstration of process mining was shown. The functionality of Microsoft Power Automate was first introduced and use cases such as flows, integrators and AI builder were highlighted. An example of using process mining with Power Automate was explained. The tool can analyse event logs and create process maps to visualise and analyse the flow of activities within a process.

Furthermore, an alternative tool Apromore was presented, which is also used for process mining analyses.
