Covered Bond Congress 2025

Team EcoAsset had the great pleasure of participating in two important events in the beautiful city of Seville from September 16 to 18: the 37th ECBC Plenary Meeting and the Covered Bond Congress.

During the events—including the EMF-ECBC Academy, the EEMI Sustainability & Digitalization Pavilion, and the Covered Bond Congress—we enjoyed a number of exciting discussions, presentations, keynotes, and even flamenco dancing. We paid particular attention to the following topics:

• Sustainability: What role does energy efficiency data play in the future of mortgages and covered bonds?
• Digitalization: How can digital platforms such as ecoasset.ai help financial players to better capture ESG data and incorporate it into their decisions?
• Regulation & Market Trends: What requirements can banks and investors expect in the coming years with regard to green bonds and transparency?

We were particularly proud to present ecoasset.ai and show how the platform has evolved since our last presentation in Athens, thanks to valuable feedback.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seville—not only professionally, but also culturally—and look forward to returning here next year. A big thank you to the organizers and all participants for the open exchange and inspiring discussions.
