Kickoff 2024

Every journey begins with the first step, and this year is no exception. This year's kick-off event set the sails for a successful and exciting journey to new and familiar shores, with new ideas, participation in trade fairs and conferences and hopefully a lot of enthusiasm for our cause: providing data & AI solutions for companies and guiding them through their not always easy processes.

A key element of the event was the use of the Business Model Canvas, which helped us to develop clear strategies for 2024 and translate our vision into tangible steps. The canvas became our navigation tool for identifying opportunities and successfully mastering challenges. We will see whether and how we ultimately succeed!

Together with our partner Panasonic, we were able to contribute a concrete use case. "Personalized advertising at the POS: AI-supported digital signage solution directly in the supermarket"

We pooled our strengths and developed innovative ideas in several teams. Each team had the task of designing its own business model and taking a creative and solution-oriented approach. The results were impressive and everyone was able to contribute. In particular, colleagues who are otherwise deeply involved in their respective external projects had the chance to actively participate in the planning for this year and share their thoughts. It's always nice to see how much diversity and creativity there is in your own employees.

We are now getting to work with fresh energy. We look forward to publishing more exciting details of our journey this year and receiving feedback from the network, be it on individual topics, blog posts, events, whitepapers, conferences, etc. and wish everyone a successful 2024!
